Who is Castillo de Tabernas for?
Castillo de Tabernas is offered only to a few. The campaign that is making it known all over the world is directed exclusively to fine restaurants and gourmet goods shops so that our customers will only be those who are concerned about the quality and exquisiteness of thenutritional products.
Our oil originates from totally healthy green olives, which initially made the oil excessively fruity. After allowing for aripening period in our cellars, we were able to obtain an oil which still preserves its fruity content but with a mildness necessary to maintain and empower the original flavor of any traditional or modern food.
